WebI noticed that BO3 is using the same method BO1 did. When you are opening a lobby (because the game doesn't find lobbies to join) you are always host, that's 100% sure, but you have to be "lucky" to not find a lobby. When everyone except you is leaving a lobby you are also the host of the upcoming game (not 100% sure right now on that one).
