WebDaredevil staff, with bounding dodge and critical strikes is the best way to go for reliable damage and survivability. Core thief doesn’t work; and deadeye is trash in OW unless you’re p/p or rifle. Don’t bother with any of the combinations. SB condition is decent as mentioned above, but it’s far too specific to build.
